Gary Wargo
Gary Wargo is the founder and President of Blueprint Financial Solutions. He currently holds the Series 66,7, and 24 securities licenses, as well as the Life and Health Insurance license and the Variable products license. Born in Pittsburgh and raised in the Mon Valley of Pennsylvania. Gary earned his Bachelor's degree from Thiel College in Greenville, PA in 1990. Shortly after graduation Gary moved to Georgia. Gary built the practice from one small office in Macon, Georgia in 2005 to now having clients in over 18 states. In 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019 Blueprint Financial Solutions earned the coveted Five Star Wealth Manager Award. In February 2018 Gary was featured on the cover of Proactive Advisor Magazine.
Gary is married to the former Yves Joseph. Yves is a registered nurse and is herself a successful entrepreneur. Gary and Yves are involved and support several charitable organizations.

Tracey Fong
Tracey Fong is a Pittsburgh native and diehard Steelers and Penguins fan. She obtained her BA degree in Broadcast/Cable from Pennsylvania State University. She chose a communications-based degree because of her love of public speaking and interacting with others. She acted in musicals and competed on a national level in forensics, attaining a state championship in Radio Announcing.
Tracey is an experienced Director of Operations in the health, wellness and fitness industry. She is skilled in Management, Software Documentation, Healthcare, and Training. She and her husband Francis operate a successful martial arts academy, and they pride themselves on motivating, inspiring and partnering with parents to help children develop to their fullest potential. After their daughter was born, Tracey made the decision to become a financial advisor. She wanted to assist and educate other parents in their commitment to make the best financial choices for the future of their children. Saving and investing are critical to setting up a successful future. Tracey’s specialty is helping parents with financing college education and funding future goals. This may include a 529 plan for college savings, in addition to other types of accounts. Tracey knows that being a parent to a young child brings unimaginable joy – and when financial planning is addressed, parents are happier and free to be more present with their children.
